摘要
用常规方法测定了灭扫利对黄鳝的毒性。灭扫利对黄鳝２４，４８，９６ｈ的半致死质量浓度分别为４０７４，３０９０和２１３８μｇ／Ｌ，安全质量浓度为２１３８μｇ／Ｌ。结果表明，灭扫利对黄鳝剧毒。
The acute toxicity of Meothrion on ricefield eel was determined with conventional method. The test showed that Meothrin mass semi lethal mass concentrations on ricefield eel in 24,48,96 h were 40.74, 30.90, 21.38 μg/L respectively, and its concentration of safety was 2.138 μg/L. The result showed that the toxicity of Meothrin on ricefield eel was very strong.
