摘要
研究目的:为了防御和减轻地震灾害,确保生命和财产安全,实行预防为主、防御与救助相结合的方针,对四川平武县大桥镇斩龙垭滑坡的抗震减灾进行研究,为政府相关部门编制防震减灾规划提供有关基础资料,和采取抗震减灾措施提供依据。研究结论:受汶川"5.12"特大地震的影响,斩龙垭滑坡滑坡方量约118×104m3,属于大型滑坡,滑坡形成的环境条件和滑坡加剧发展的外部诱发因素很多,且现今一直在滑动变形,直接威胁到平水公路的通行及民房农田的安全,一旦形成堰塞湖,将对上下游造成巨大损失。通过对滑坡诱发因素、形成的条件和造成的危害的论述,据此对滑坡防治效益进行了评估,如能及时对滑坡进行治理,将大大改善和提高当地居民的生活环境。
Research purposes: The principle of " Putting Prevention First and Combining Prevention with Relief" is followed so as to prevent and reduce the earthquake disaster and guarantee the safety of people's life and properties. The research is done on resisting the earthquake and reducing disaster caused by Zhanlongya landslide in Daqiao Town of Pingwu County to provide the basic information for working out the plan of earthquake resistance and disaster reduction and provide the basis for taking measures for earthquake resistance and disaster reduction.
Research conclusions:Zhanlongya landslide belongs to extremely big landslide with sliding volume about 118 × 10^4 m^3 due to the effect of "5 ·12" Earthquake in Wenchuan. There are lots of environmental conditions to form landslide and external sectors to aggrave the landslide development. These conditions and sectors are still changing now to threaten the traffic safety of Pingshui Highway and safety of the house and farming fields. Once barrier lake forms, it will produce the serious losses of upper and down streams. Based on the formation reasons, formation conditions and loss of landslide, the evaluation of the effect of treating landslide is made. If the landslide can be treated in time, the life environment can be improved much.
