摘要
通过田间试验,采用LCPro+光合仪,研究了不同保墒措施对夏玉米营养生长期生理指标日变化及产量的影响。结果表明,保墒灌溉措施能够有效促进作物生长,提高作物的叶片叶绿素含量、有效蒸腾和光合速率,对单叶片水平水分利用效率贡献甚微。全天平均光合速率和蒸腾速率和的大小顺序为:地膜覆盖>秸秆覆盖>PAM处理>CK,气孔导度的大小顺序为地膜覆盖>PAM处理>秸秆覆盖>CK,各处理胞间CO2浓度和WUE差异不大。保墒措施可有效增加作物产量,其大小顺序为:地膜覆盖>秸秆覆盖>PAM处理>CK。
Based on the monitoring and analysis of field experiments, using the advanced crop physiological and ecological monitoring instruments, the effect of different treatment of soil moisture conserving on physiological index daily change and yield of maize is studied in this paper. The results show that the measurement of moisture conserving can enhance the crop growth rate, content of chlorophyll, transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate, but has less effect on WUE of single leaf. The degressive order of daily average level of transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate is plastic mulch, straw mulch, PAM and CK. While the degressive order of stomatal conductivity is plastic mulch, PAM, straw mulch and CK. There are little different in CO2 concentration and WUE of single leaf. The yield can be enhanced under soil moisture conserving treatment, and the degressive order is plastic mulch, straw mulch, PAM and CK.
