壮丰安对冬小麦植株发育的调控

摘要 在冬小麦绿体春化中,以不同浓度的壮丰安溶液浸根,并于春化40d后移栽于温室。试验结果表明,壮丰安可以调控植株的发育,表现为延迟植株的发育进程,且随壮丰安使用浓度的升高而加重;壮丰安能够改善穗部性状,使穗长变短,使小穗数、小穗密度、穗粒数及可育率大大增加或提高;并且能够缩短节间特别是第一二节间的长度,明显降低株高,增加茎粗和抗倒伏能力,还能够减少叶片长度,增加叶片宽度和叶面积。壮丰安能使叶色加深并对白粉病表现一定的抗性。 Winter wheat was treated by Zhuangfengan(ZFA)with different concentrations during the vernalization. After 40 days, wheat seedlings were planted to the greenhouse. The result showed that the plant development was retarded by ZFA. ZFA could effectively improve the spike characters. Though it shorten the spike length, ZFA could increase the spikelet number, spikelet density, the grain number per spike and the fertility rate. ZFA could shorten the length of internode and leaf, especially the first and the second internode, reduce the plant height, but increase the leaf width, leaf area and the stem diameter, and enhance plant lodging resistance. ZFA could deepen the leaf color, and showed resistance to powder mildew.
