17个棉花品种(系)通过体细胞胚胎发生再生植株

摘要 河北省农林科学院基因工程中心卫星实验室——棉花生物技术实验室,以棉花无菌苗下胚轴为外植体,利用愈伤组织状态调控技术,对在生产上具有重要推广应用前景的棉花品种(系)等共18个基因型进行培养,除1个基因型因早期污染未能继续培养外,其余17个基因型均通过胚胎发生获得再生植株。这些参试材料名称与来源见下表: In cotton biotechnology lab, satellite laboratory of Hebei Plant Gene Engineering Center, 18 cotton varieties( lines) mostly with significant production value were cultured using the small segment of hypocotol as explant. Through callus status regulation, plants were regenerated from 17 varieties(lines).Only one was not regenerated which was discontinued at early culture stage because of microorganisms contamination. The testing varieties(lines)were as follows; Za29Fl, Jizi 123, Nongda 32, Shiyuan 321, Heng 89 - 44, Nongda 58, Hengwu 89 - 30, 91 - 19, Ji 492, Ji 713, C201, C312, Jimian 7, Jimian 14, Hanwu2031, Han 93 - 2, Hanl74 and Sheng 557(not regenerated).
