鸭对体吸虫生活史的研究

STUDIES ON THE LIFE CYCLE OF AMPHIMERUS ANATIS

本文报道鸭对体吸虫在第一中间宿主（赤豆螺）、第二中间宿主（鱼类）及终末宿主（鸭）体内的发育过程。经人工感染实验，有８种鱼类及３种蛙类的蝌蚪可充当此虫种的第二中间宿主。在水温１７℃～２３℃，鸭对体吸虫完成一个生活世代的发育至少需１１０ｄ，其中赤豆螺体内需６０ｄ，鱼体内３０ｄ，鸭体内２０ｄ。

This paper deals with the life cycle of Amphimerus anatis At water temperature of 17℃ 23℃,eggs exposured to the snail host,Bithynia fuchsianus,the miracidia of A anatis hatched from eggs and developed into mature sporocyts in 40 days It was found that the redia matured and mature cercaria emerged from its snail host in 60 days after eggs eaten by snails Pseudorasbora parva,Carassius auratus,Cyprinus carpio,Rhodeus sinensis,Oryzias latipes,Ctenogobius giurinus,Monopterus albus,Misgurnus anguillicandatus and Rana japonica japonica,Rana gvylio,Bufo bufo gargurizans,were proved to be the second intermediate hosts with infection experinment Cysts did not possess the power of infectivity until they developed in the fish for 30 days When they were fed to ducklings,they developed to adults in the bile duct in 20 days
