南方水稻区农业高效用水创新组合方案

Novel Combination Scheme of Agricultural High Efficient Water Use in Rice Region of South China

我国南方水稻区农业水资源开发利用中存在不同类型的缺水问题，其原因可归结为水利设施不是，调蓄能力低；工程配套不全，老化严重，效益衰减，水浪费严重等。针对这些不同缺水类型，提出了高效用水创新组合方案，如：加强水利设施建设及现有工程改造配套，大力推广节水灌溉技术，重视排灌结合，以及鼓励农民参与灌溉管理。

:In the water resources exploitation for agriculture in the rice region of South China, there existseveral different type problems of water deficiency. Their causes may be concluded as follows: shortage of wa ter conservancy projects; low ability of water regulation and pondage 1 imperfect in corollary engineering; seri ous ageing of the engineerings; effect reduction; serious water waste etc. Aiming at these types of water defi ciency, the novel combination scheme of high efficient water use is presented, such as: strengthening the con struction of water conservancy projects; reforming and strengthening corollary of the existing projects ; spread ing water saving techniques; attaching importance to the combination of irrigation and drainage; and encouag ing farmers to attend the irrigation management.
