混凝土灌注桩在水电工程加固中的应用

摘要 介绍混凝土灌注值在广东省郁南县宋桂滩水电站改造工程加固大体积混凝土中的应用。在基坑排究水开挖坝基时,发现紧靠原船闸处有一块抛填于河床覆盖层上的大体积混凝土。为了加快施工进度、节省投资,决定保留混凝土块体并采用混凝土灌注桩的方法对其进行加固,使混凝土块体和坝体新浇筑混凝土形成整体共同工作,同时用来抵抗施工过程中船闸沿闸坝基坑方向的水平推力,以保证施工安全。加固结果表明,船闸及新坝运行可靠,经济效益显著。 The application of concrete filling piles to reinforcing mass concrete in the reforming works of theSongguitan Hydropower Station in Yunan County of Guangdong Province, is described. When the foundationpit is drained over and begin doing excavation of dam ground base, there appears a mass concrete covered on thecovering layer of the riverbed nearby the old ship lock. In order to speed the construction progress and save investment, remaining this mass concrete and application of concrete filling piles to reinforcing the mass con crete, are determined to be adopted. The filling piles can form the integral of the mass concrete with the newpouring concrete of the dam body and united work each other, and bear the horizontal thrust of the ship lock inthe construction process so as to ensure the construction safety. The reinforcing result shows that the ship lockand new dam operate reliably and this reinforcing measure has obvious economic benefits.
