基于ANSYS的集汽集箱蒸汽出口应力分析

摘要 针对蒸汽锅炉集汽集箱蒸汽出口部位采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立三维模型,并对其进行应力分析,得出应力分布规律。此外,对蒸汽出口接管和集箱筒体相贯区域的应力分布状况进行了深入研究,绘出相贯区域内表面的各种应力分布曲线,并对应力较高位置采用线法进行强度评定,以确定应力强度是否符合设计要求,可以有效地保证锅炉运行的安全可靠性,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 Aimed at outlet of steam header, a 3 D model was built by using finite element software ANSYS, by which stress analysis was done, and stress distribution drafts were obtained. In addition, we deeply researched the stress distribution of intersection region, which was intersecting part of steam outlet and header cylinder. What's more, we obtained inner surface stress distribution curves of intersection region, and confirmed whether stress strength of higher stress point satisfied design requirements by using appraisal lines. Therefore ,the safety and reliability of boiler could be effectively ensured,and it had great theoretical significance and practical value.
