辛伐他汀降脂治疗冠心病的疗效观察

Simvastatin lipid-lowering efficacy of treatment of coronary artery disease observed

目的观察辛伐他汀降低冠心病患者血脂的疗效。方法59例冠心病患者给予辛伐他汀20mg,1次/d,连续口服3个月。治疗前后分别检测血清胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果治疗后各项血脂指标均较治疗前有显著降低(P均<0.01),不良反应未见明显增加(P均>0.05)。结论辛伐他汀能有效降低TC、LDL-C、TG、HDL-C且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To observe simvastatin to lower serum lipids in patients with coronary heart disease treatment. Methods 59 cases of coronary heart disease patients given simvastatin 20 rag, day 1, continuous oral administration for 3 months. Before and after treatment were used to detect the serum cholesterol （ TC）, low density lipoprotein （LDL-C）, triglycerides （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）. Results after treatment of the blood lipid indicators than those before treatment has significantly reduced （P 〈 0. 01 ）, no significant increase in adverse reactions （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Simvastatin can effectively reduce tiC, LDL-C, TG, HDL-C and has a higher security.
