铈铝柱撑锂皂石纳米复合材料的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 以合成锂皂石(Laponite)为原料,采用微波插层反应制备了铈铝柱撑锂皂石纳米复合材料;通过测定比表面积、FTIR、XRD、TEM、SEM等分析手段,对纳米复合材料的结构进行了表征。结果表明:铈铝能以氧化物的形式柱入锂皂石的结构中,使复合材料形成结晶度更强的层状微晶结构;随着铈铝柱化剂/锂皂石的质量比(Xm)从0.00增加至0.10,锂皂石(Xm=0.00)的比表面积从189.3m2.g-1增大至298.1 m2.g-1,片层结构的层间距d001值由1.3771nm扩大至1.3923nm;随着质量比Xm的增加,片层结构的层面更丰富、片层结晶度也逐渐增强。 Ce-Al-pillared laponite nanocomposite was prepared using synthetic layered laponite as the starting material by microwave intercalation reaction method. The micro-structure of pillared nanocomposite was characterized by specific surface area measurement, FTIR, XRD, TEM and SEM. The results showed that cerium and aluminum can be intercalated into the structure of laponite as the state of metal oxides, which led the nanocomposite to form a layered microcrystalline structure having more intensive crystallinity. With the increase of mass ratio (Xm) of cerium pillaring agent and laponite from 0. 00 to 0. 10, the specific surface area of laponite (Xm =0. 00) was increased from 189. 3m^2 ·g^-1 to 298. 1 m^2·g^-1 , and the d001 value of layer distance of the layer structure was enlarged from 1. 3771nm tol. 3923nm; As the increase of Xm, the levels of layer structure were more abundant, and the layer crystallinity also improved gradually.
