MAH熔融接枝共聚PP对PC/ICPP合金的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用熔融接枝共混法制备了马来酸酐(MAH)接枝共聚PP(ICPP)制备增容剂ICPP-g-MAH和PC/ICPP/ICPP-g-MAH共混物,研究了ICPP-g-MAH增容PC/ICPP合金的力学性能、吸水性和加工流变性能等。结果表明,与未增容的体系相比,ICPP-g-MAH是PC/ICPP合金的有效增容剂,在80%PC的共混体系中,加入少量的ICPP-g-MAH的确起到改善相界面,提高合金力学性能的作用。当ICPP-g-MAH质量分数为5%,EBS质量分数为0.2%时,合金拉伸强度和冲击强度最好,维卡软化温度达到最大;加入ICPP-g-MAH后,PC/ICPP/ICPP-g-MAH共混物吸水率下降,熔体流动速率(MFR)先减小后增大。 Maleric anhydride graft impact copolymerization PP(ICPP) and PC/ICPP/ICPP-g-MAH blends were prepared by melt grafting. The rheologicaI prosperities, mechanical properties and water absorption property of the alloys were studied. The results showed that ICPP-g-MAH was the effective compatibilizer of the interfacial interaction and mechanical properties was improved by the addition of compatilizer, comparing with the 80% PC system which hasn't been modified. The tensile strength, Izod impact strength and WEKA softening temperature of alloys increased with adding ICPP-g-MAH and got to maximum value when contenting it 5 ~ and EBS 0. 2% ;water absorption ratio of PC/ICPP alloys became lower by the addition of ICPP-g-MAH, and MFR reduced then increased.
