摘要
运用自交联和核壳乳液聚合技术,合成了具有多层核壳结构的自交联型环氧改性丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了乳化剂用量、环氧树脂用量、软/硬单体的组成与配比、交联单体的加入量等对乳液和漆膜性能的影响。该乳液用于木制门窗罩面清漆和实色面漆时,可使漆膜硬度提高到≥2H,且柔韧性佳,既具有良好的附着力、优良的抗划伤性、抗回粘性,又具有较佳的耐擦洗性和耐沾污性。
Self-crosslinking epoxy modified acrylic emulsions for water-based wood coatings were synthesized. The effects of emulsifier content, epoxy resin content, soft/hard monomer ratios and crosslinking monomer content on the prorerties of acrylic emulsions and paint films were investigated. The results indicated that incorporation of epoxy resin and formation of interpenetrating network can give higher hardness,better flexibility,improved anti blocking,outstanding abrasion resistance and higher stain resistance.
