从习惯性违章的根源、表现形式、基本特点阐明习惯性违章的危害性,指出预防和纠正习惯性违章是一项长期而艰巨的任务,关键在于各级领导,重点在于基层组织,中心环节在于抓好安全教育,并要长期树立预防习惯性违章人人有责的意识。

The harmfulness of habitual violation is analyzed from the root causes,apparent forms and basic characteristics.It is pointed out that prevention and correction of habitual violation is a long-term and arduous job which key depends on leaders at all levels,the emphases lie in the grassroots organization, the central link is to improve safety education and raise perennially the preventive consciousness of whole staff.
