就加油站如何正确实施"升进升出"体积管理的问题进行了探讨,分析了该管理模式的内涵,介绍了正确实施的基本方法和措施,还对如何进行准确的油品数量交接验收和如何正确看待并解决加油站油品超耗问题提出了建议。
The volume management in gas station during the implementation of oil products marketing -by-liter was discussed.The connotation and essence of oil products marketing-by-liter management mode and problems existing in the implementation were pointed out,and the basic methods and path for the implementation were suggested as well.
