摘要
就成品油管道配套油库建设对油罐设置和周转次数、罐容量计算等一些具体原则进行了探讨,并提出了站库合一是成品油管道配套油库建设较理想的控制模式;应在油库建设的同时设置站场污油回收系统和油气回收系统,公路发油系统应采用下装式发油,以减少空气污染,给发油员工创造一个安全健康的工作环境。
The construction of oil depot matching product oil pipeline was analyzed from the aspects of oil tanks installation,turnover frequency,and volume calculation.It was pointed out that a unified control mode for station and depot was the suitable mode for the oil depot matching product oil pipeline,waste oil recovery system and oil vapor recovery system should be installed while constructing oil depot,below-installed oil discharge system should be applied for the road oil discharge to reduce air pollution and provide a safe,healthy working environment for the operators.
