摘要
提出一种梯级水电站短期优化运行的数学模型,它包括两个子模型:周期平稳日优化运行模型和过渡日优化运行模型.由于梯级间水流流达时间的存在,该模型既考虑了当天运行对以后的联系和影响,也考虑了实时运行中可能产生的偏离.在考虑水流流达时间影响的条件下,还提出了梯级水电站日优化运行的最优性条件.
This paper presents a novel theory and model for cascaded hydroelectric stations short term optimal operation,and gives the optimality conditions for cascaded plants short term optimal operation.
