幽门螺杆菌在儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜的感染状况分析

The analysis of the prevalance of H.pylori infection in children idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染状况及相关危险因素。方法用粪便检测Hp抗原及血清检测Hp抗体两者联合检测62例慢性ITP患者,88例急性ITP患者及150例健康儿童,两者均为阳性判断为Hp感染。对每个研究对象进行问卷调查。结果急、慢性ITP患儿、健康儿童三者感染率比较无统计学意义(P<0.05)。HP感染家族史、口嚼食物喂养史、啃手指/笔/玩具、低人均居住面积为ITP患儿Hp感染的易感因素;年龄小、有专用餐具为ITP患儿Hp感染的保护因素。结论本研究不表明Hp感染与ITP发病相关。

Objective To investigate the prevalance of H. pylori infection and the risk factors in children idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods H. pylori was screened in 150 ITP patients and 150 eontrals by the detection of H. pylori stool antigens （ELISA） and serum H. pylofi antibodies （GICA）. If they are both positive,we think the patient was infected. The data was analyzed by SPSS 10. 0 statistical software. P value below 0.05 was considered stastically significant in all these tests. Results The H. pylori infection rate in chronic ITP patients was not higher than in the acute ITP patients and higher than the healthy contral subjects （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Hingher positive rate was found in patients who are elder, have family history ,lower per capita living room, infaust living habit. Conclusion Our research showed no direct correlation between H. pylori and ITP.
