摘要
目前在水闸老化评估时，由于客观条件的限制或者经济上的原因，有时不能取得全部必需的资料，给评估造成困难。本文提出了利用已有评估经验和科研成果，根据已知推断未知，使灰色系统白化的评估方法。
Owing to the limitation of objective condition or the reason of economy,sometimes,there may lack of necessary data and bring difficulties to rating works for sluice deterioration. This paper presents a rating method to make the grey system to become white systemby using the existing experience of rating deterioration and the result of scientific research,making use of existent to deduce unknown things.
