摘要 本文认为文化产业管理的核心能力是创意管理能力,文化产业经营管理人才的规范说法为创意经理人。创意经理人在文化产业不同的行业有着不同的称呼,在文化产业价值链环节中具有重要的作用,是文化产业要素的核心资源。创意经理人的胜任力素质模型包括了专业胜任力和基础胜任力,具有双素质叠合特征。我国政府、高校和企业对于创意经理人的培养承担着各自不同的重要责任。 The creative management ability is considered as the core ability of the management of culture industries and the creative manager is taken as the normative statement for the business mangers of cultural industries in this paper. Creative manger has various titles in different industry of cultural industries. It is very important in the value chain of cultural industries and is regarded as the core resources in cultural industries. The competency model of creative manager consists of the professional competency and basic competency with the characteristics of the double-quality congruence. So, the different responsibilities for the training of creative manger should be taken by government, university and enterprise respectively.
