摘要
结合上海产业集群发展的实践,对产业集群中关联性指标的测度、服务业是否都应该集聚发展、中心城区如何发展科技产业以及创新政策的细化等理论与现实问题进行了理性思考与剖析,希冀对我国产业集群战略的持续推进有所裨益。
Integrating with the concrete practice in development of industrial clusters, the authors discuss some theoretical and actual issues, such as measurement of linkage indicators, development of modern service clusters, development models of industrial clusters in urban central districts and detailing innovative policy, aimed at being beneficial to upgrading their innovative capability and promoting the sustainable development of industrial clusters.
