牛粪磷酸法制备粉状活性炭研究

Preparation of activated carbon powders from ox feces by phosphoric acid method

研究了以牛粪为原料制备粉状活性炭的工艺过程。采用磷酸为活化剂,考察了原料、活化温度和磷料比对活化效果的影响。实验结果表明,以牛粪为原料可以制备性能良好的粉状活性炭产品,BET比表面积和亚甲基蓝吸附值分别达到1000 m2/g与15.0 mL/0.1 g以上。另外,对不同牛粪原料的分析表明,必须注意灰分对产品质量和生产过程的影响。

Activated carbon powders have been prepared from ox feces by chemical method. The influence of activation temperature, raw materials and the mass ratio of activation agent to raw material have been investigated. The results showed that good quality activated carbons can be prepared from ox feces. The BET surface areas of the products are lager than 1 000 m2/g and the methylene blue adsorption value is higher than 15.0 mI,,/0.1 g. Otherwise ,the effects of ash contents of raw materials on the properties and proceeding of products need further detailed studies.
