摘要
通过比较冰醋酸、一氯乙酸和三氯乙酸3种不同酯化剂对固体超强酸(SO42-/ZrO2)催化松节油合成松油醇时对α-蒎烯转化率和产品选择性的影响,确定一氯乙酸的效果最优。研究了氯乙酸加入量对α-蒎烯转化率和产品选择性的影响,获得了酯化剂用量的最佳配比为m(氯乙酸)∶m(松节油)=80%~90%。并考察了乙醇作溶剂对水合反应的影响,确定实验原料中需加入95%乙醇溶剂,乙醇溶剂的最佳配比为m(95%乙醇)∶m(松节油)=1∶1。
The chloroactic acid was verified to be the best esterification agent by comparing with three kinds of esterification agent : acetic acid, chloroactic acid and trichloroacetic acid on the synthetic terpineol catalyzed with solid superacid (SO4^2--/ZrO2). The optimum mass ratio of the chloroactic acid to the turpentine is from 80% to 90%. The effect of the alcohol in the hydration was also studied, the alcohol is indispensable in the experimental materials, and the optimum mass ratio of the 95% alcohol to the turpen- tine is 1 : 1.
