摘要
工程外包是施工企业弥补自身资源不足的一种重要手段,在施工企业中已是非常普遍的现象。如何对外包过程进行有效控制,是现代施工企业管理的一项重要课题。基于此,提出结合QEOMS体系要求,建立一套完善、切实可行的外包过程控制程序,并对该过程控制程序进行了较为详细的阐述。
Engineering outsourcing is an important method of construction enterprises to make up their own lack of resources and is a very common phenomenon. How to control the process of outsourcing effectively is an important topic in modem construction enterprise management. Based on this, this paper puts forward a complete and practicable outsourcing control process which should be established combined with the requirements of QEOMS system, and then conducts a description in detail.
