通过新规范与行业工程量清单计价规范的比较分析,提出工程量清单计价理想模式,按照完整构件全费用价格的思想设置清单项目,充分利用各种计价依据,适应各阶段招投标计价需要。
Through the comparing analysis of new regulation and quantity list industrial regulation, comes up with the ideal model for the quantity list. In accordance to the idea of completed components costs, set category of quantity list, take advantage of various references for project pricing, and be suit to the requirements of bidding pricing in different stages.
