摘要 创新人才及其培养有其共性特征,无论是洪堡的"全人"观,纽曼的"绅士"观,还是近代中国蔡元培的"硕学闳才"思想,都把主体意识、实践精神和优良的个性品质作为人才培养的价值目标。创新人才要有高素质,培养创新人才需要全面发展的素质教育,为此必须圆大学自由之梦,实现"大师"之教,要"通识为本,专识为末"。 There are some common characters in innovative human and cultivating them. From Hong Bao's whole -person view, Newmang Gentlemen view, to Mr. Cai Yuanpei' s"learned and great talented'view, they all considered the idea of main body consciousness, practice spirit and good personal quality as the target of cultivating person. High quality is needed for innovative person and it is necessary for them to develop all -a- round education. For this reason, we must dream of master" fulfilling university's freedom, and the realization of"the teaching. We also need to learn that"all -around knowledge is the basic" and"specialized knowledge is the purpose'of the educaion.
