环京津休闲旅游产业带建设的主要问题及对策

王亭亭针对河北省环京津旅游休闲产业带开发进程中面临的五大障碍,建议各旅游中心城市紧紧围绕打造环京津七大旅游产业集聚区与《河北省环京津旅游休闲产业带发展规划》中的战略目标,整合京津冀区域旅游资源,丰富旅游休闲产品结构体系,不断完善省际、区域旅游休闲产业发展政策体系,通过产业带开发与区域一体化建设,加快河北省环京津旅游休闲产业市场转型和结构升级。高海生、陈胜通过分析产业带建设面临的主要问题,从政府主导、管理体制、产业集群、城市建设和融资等方面提出政策思路。张灿则从发展河北省滨海区旅游的角度,在产品开发、结构优化、环境保护、政府支持等方面提出建设沿海经济社会发展强省的发展对策。

Gao Hai-sheng and Chen Sheng,after analysis of existing problems,put forward their views in the perspectives of government,management,industrial group,urban construction,investment and so on. Zhang Can put forward his development strategies to make Hebei strong at the angles of developing coastal tourism,products,structure,environmental protection,governmental support and so on.
