假病毒在RNA病毒检测中的应用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 由于核酸检测对于病毒感染的早期诊断和抗病毒治疗疗效的动态观察具有重要价值,近年来,基于RNA的核酸检测技术,如RT—PCR扩增(Mulder,1994)、核酸依赖的序列扩增(NASBA)(Van Gemen,1994)、分枝链DNA(Pachl,1995)、转录调控扩增等技术快速发展起来并广泛应用于RNA病毒的检测。在RNA病毒的定性和定量核酸检测中,实验人员操作中的随机误差、扩增仪孔间温度的差异、标本核酸提取后抑制物的残留、待扩增靶核酸的浓度和逆转录的效率及试剂的问题等,
