特定电磁波对几种作物草酸氧化酶的影响

摘要 小麦、小黑麦、大麦等禾本科作物的种子经过特定电磁波辐照(TDP)后,幼苗中的草酸氧化酶活性明显增加,经弱光强培养和TDP处理小麦也能显著提高其幼苗的草酸氧化酶活性,试验结果能为草酸氧化酶的制备工艺的改进提供参考。 Effects of specific electromagnetic wave (TDP) on the activity of oxalate oxidase of wheat, triticale and barley were studied. The results showed that TDP increased the activity of oxalate oxidase in the seedlings of wheat, triticale and barley obviously, and low light intensities and TDP also increased the activity of oxalate oxidase in wheat seedlings. The results may offer reference to the production process of oxalate oxidase.
