车前子提取物及不同溶剂萃取物对小菜蛾的杀虫活性

Study on the Insecticidal Activity of Plantain Seed against Plutella xylostella L.

以乙醇超声法提取车前子中的活性物质,采用浸虫法测试提取物对小菜蛾的触杀活性;采用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对提取物依次萃取,且跟踪测试各萃取物的活性。结果显示,车前子乙醇提取物对小菜蛾3龄幼虫具有一定的触杀活性,LC50为10.300 mg/mL;不同溶剂萃取物活性均远低于提取物的活性,初步判断车前子中各物质对小菜蛾的杀虫活性具有一定的增效或协同作用。

The insecticidal active substances were extracted from plantain seed with alcohol and ultrasonic method.And the contacting activities of extract to Plutella xylostella was tested by insect-soaking method;petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol were taken as solvent to successively extract ethanol extract.And the contacting activities of extracts to Plutella xylostella was tested trackingly.The results showed that extract from plantain seed had the pesticidal activity to Plutella xylostella,and the LC50 was 10.300 mg / mL.The activities of each solvent extract were significantly lower than that of alcohol extract.So the insecticidal active substances had synergism in coordination to Plutella xylostella.
