摘要
为了确定氢溴酸槟榔碱片剂的制备工艺,通过辅料的选择,处方设计与筛选,确定最佳处方;结果表明,制备的片剂符合设计要求,本片剂制备方法适用于工业化生产。建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定氢溴酸槟榔碱片剂含量的方法,该法简便快捷,特异性强,可以很好的控制药物的质量。
The best prescription of arecoline hydrobromide tablets was established by selecting excipient and screening formula in this paper.The result showed that this method was suited for preparing high quality tablets in industrial production.Reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography（RT-HPLC） as a simple,rapid and specific method to control the quality of tablets was established for determining the content of arecoline hydrobromide.
