农业广播电视学校作为农民教育培训的主力军肩负着全面提高广大农民科学文化素质的历史使命。做好农民教育培训工作,需要一支高水平的师资队伍来支撑,教师队伍素质的提高是当前农广校系统建设的一门重要课题。农广校师资队伍培训重点是提升教师的专业技术能力、教学能力和管理能力。针对一线教师、教学辅导老师和管理人员可分别采取光盘培训、卫星培训、面授培训三种模式来实施。建立农广校教师准入制度,充分共享农广校系统的各类优质培训资源,依托师资培训资源中心和培训基地,综合利用广播、电视、互联网、卫星网等各类远程技术手段开展培训。

High-level instructors are key support for farm training.It is an important subject for ABTS＇ construction to improvement of the quality of instructors.The staff training will focus on enhancing technical skills,teaching ability and management capabilities of instructors.CD-ROM training,face to face training and satellite training are suitable for front-line teachers,assistant teachers and administrators respectively.Professional permit system should be set up,all kinds of highquality training resources should be fully shared for staff of ABTS.The staff training should comprehensively use all kinds of technical means of distance education including radio,television,internet,satellite network relying on teacher training resource center and training base.
