农业与生物产业技术融合发展的实证研究——基于上市公司的授予专利分析 被引量:9

Empirical Research on the Technological Convergencing Development Extent between Agricultureand Biotechnology Industry:Basing on the Analysis of Granted Patents of Listed Company

摘要 文章以深市和沪市农业类和生物产业类上市公司为样本,运用赫芬达尔指数法进行实证研究表明:目前,我国农业与生物产业的技术融合处仍处于低度融合阶段。其主要原因在于生物产业发展缓慢,政策管制严格,生物产业标准体系建立滞后,农业生物技术产业公共政策缺乏。加快生物产业技术创新、放松农业与生物产业发展管制、建立生物产业标准体系、出台强有力的促进农业生物技术产业发展的公共政策,理应成为促进农业与生物产业技术融合发展的重大战略选择。 Choosing listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange belonging to agriculture and biotechnology industry as sample, empirical research by applying HI, we get the conclusion that technological convergeneing between agriculture and biotechnology industry is still in low extent in China currently: The key reasons are extremly slow developing speed of biotechnology industry, fairly strict regulation policy, standard systems for regulating biotechnology industry development lagged behind, lack of public policy for acclerating the development of agri-biotechnology Industry. The following measures inculding how to acclerating the speed of technology innovation in biotechnology industry, reducing developing regulations between agriculture and biotechnology industry, setting up standard systems for biotechnology industry development, making powerful and effective public policies ,should be chosen when considering fundamental strategies for accelerating the cnoverging development speed between agriculture and biotechnology industry.
