摘要
磁共振波谱是目前唯一能无损伤性研究活体组织代谢、生化及化合物定量分析的方法,最近几十年活体磁共振波谱在医疗临床实践和科研实验中发挥重要作用,磁共振波谱中代谢物的定量需要是使用信号处理的方法对水信号进行处理.本文主要介绍了水抑制处理和无抑制水处理两种技术,其中水抑制处理技术主要介绍了滤波器方法和近似模拟方法,对无抑制水处理技术的特点进行了阐述.并对低通滤波、奇异值分解等经典方法进行了详尽的叙述,介绍其它的各种方法及比较了它们的优缺点,全面反映了国内外磁共振波谱水信号处理的最新进展.
Now Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) is the only ways to analysis the alive organize metabolize, biochemistry and quantitative analysis of compound, over the last few decades in vivo MR spectroscopy ( MRS ) has found an important place in experimental research as well as in clinical practice. The suppression of the strong signal from water is a prerequisite for observation of metabolites in vivo MR spectroscopy (MRS). This article introduced two technique, water suppression processing and without suppression water processing, introduced filter method and approximately simulation method, expatiated the characteristic of without suppression water processing technique. Give a detail describe on low pass and singular value decomposition. Besides that, introduced several other techniques of that and compare those excellences and disadvantage, general reflected the latest evolve of this technique nation and aboard.
