摘要
基于产品族的设计是实现大批量定制生产的关键技术.其目标是以尽可能快的速度和尽可能低的成本为客户提供满足其个性化、多样化需求的产品.面向产品族的XBOM给出了生产过程中各BOM视图之间映射关系,保证了数据的一致性.为实现XBOM支持变型设计,本文引入产品族架构理论,建立覆盖功能域、技术域与物理域的广义XBOM,形成面向产品族的单一物料数据源;并给出了基于广义XBOM的各类型BOM的生成算法;最后介绍了相关的软件系统设计及其应用.
The design based on product family is the key technology to implement mass customization. Its objective is to provide customers individualized products as soon as possible with the lowest cost. XBOM oriented product family gives the mapping relations between the BOM views in the process of production, ensure data consistency. In order to realization supporting BOM variant design, this paper introduces the product family architecture theory, set up the generic XBOM which coverage function domain, technology domain and physics domain, formed a single materials data source product family-oriented, and propose the various types of BOM generation algorithm based on the generic XBOM; Finally introduce the relevant software system design and its application.
