医学院校医事法学专业课程的科学设置

Set up Scientifically Medical Law Professional Courses in Medical College

为满足社会发展的需求,医学院校陆续开设了医事法学专业,但作为一个新生的法律发展方向,它还存在太多的探索空间。作为一个学科,医事法学专业课程的科学设置尤为重要。文章以此为契机,提出了科学设置医事法学专业课程体系的基本原则和具体措施。

More and more medical colleges set up Medical Law Professional in order to satisfy the needs of the society development. However, as a new law development direction, it has too many research spaces. As one of subjects, the scientific establishment of medical law professional course is especially important. Based on these, the basic principle and concrete measures of setting up scientifically medical law professional courses in medical college are suggested in this paper.
