摘要
介绍了某电网重大故障应急抢修自动调度系统的设计。该系统由信息采集与数据通信通道监测模块、报文数据库形成与发送模块、通信处理模块等部分组成。所设计的系统能够从调度自动化系统、电能量管理系统及通信通道在线检测系统中提取紧急故障缺陷信号进行分类处理。对关键设计技术进行了说明。系统可与现有管理信息系统(MIS)实现无缝对接,减少了故障处理时间。
The design of automatic dispatch system for grid urgent repair is introduced,which is composed of the information collection and data communication channel monitoring module ,the database generation and message sending module and the communication processing module. It extracts, classifies and processes the failure signals from the supervisory control and data acquisition system,energy management system and online communication channel monitoring system. The key design technologies of this system are described in detail. It can be seamlessly integrated with MIS to reduce the fault treatment time.
