美国初任教师入职指导研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 初任教师的入职教育已经成为一个国际性的问题,并日益引起各国政府的普遍关注。美国初任教师入职指导教育执行较早,各州进行的新教师入职指导计划是美国20世纪80年代"发展最迅速的教育运动之一。"本文从美国初任教师面临的问题、入职指导的策略、有效性、评价方式四个方面,对近年来国内外学者的相关研究进行文献梳理,从而为下一步更深入的研究提供必要的基础。
