卵泡液中肿瘤坏死因子α和γ干扰素水平对体外受精妊娠结局的影响 被引量:4

The presence of TNF-α and IFN-γ in human follicular fluid and their relationship with IVF outcome

摘要 目的探讨卵泡液中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的浓度对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)结局的影响。方法2007年7月至2008年4月对中国医科大学盛京医院55例IVF助孕患者应用酶联免疫方法(ELISA)测定成熟卵泡液中TNF-α和IFN-γ的浓度,分析其对妊娠结局的影响。结果55例患者移植5周后临床妊娠28例(妊娠组),未妊娠27例(未妊娠组)。妊娠组IFN-γ浓度为(90.66±13.40)pg/mL,未妊娠组为(104.12±26.22)pg/mL,未妊娠组中IFN-γ浓度明显高于妊娠组(P<0.05);妊娠组卵泡液中TNF-α浓度为(50.7±5.45)pg/mL,而未妊娠组为(51.99±3.25)pg/mL(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论卵泡液中IFN-γ浓度影响IVF-ET的治疗结局,浓度高的患者不易获得妊娠,TNF-α浓度对妊娠结局无明显影响。 Objective To investigate the presence of TNF-α and IFN-γ in human follicular fluid collected from in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation patients, and to find the effect to IVF - ET outcome. Method Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the concentration of TNF-α and IFN-γ in mature follicular fluid. The IVF treatmerit outcome was closely followed up. The relationship between the concentration and the outcome was discussed by statistical analysis. Results The concentration of IFN-γ and in human follicular fluid of women who got pregnancy is (90. 66 ± 13.40)pg/mL, while women who did not get pregnancy is ( 104.12 ± 26.22)pg/mL and, which is significantly higher than pregnant group( P 〈 0.05 ). The concentration of TNF-α in human follicular fluid of women who got pregnancy is( 50.7 ± 5.45 ) pg/mL, while women who did not get pregnancy is (51.99 ± 3.25 ) pg/mL ,which is not significantly higher than pregnant group( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The higher concentration of IFN-γ in mature follicular fluid will cause the lower the pregnancy rate of IVF treatment; TNF-α has no effect to IVF treatment outcome.
