摘要
本文浅述了缺血性脑血管疾病的诊断思路和国内一些新进展。针对这一高度异质性的疾病,采用递进式分析其疾病的特点及发病机制,从初步诊断、病因诊断、危险因素判定和全身因素分析几个层次阐述了缺血性脑血管病的诊断程序及思路,为个体化治疗和预防提供了参考。
Summary：The review summarized the diagnostic strategy of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and introduced some progress in clinic. As ischemic cerebrovascular diseases were highly heterogeneous, the review analyzed their characteristics step by step. Through the primary diagnosis, etiological diagnosis, evaluation of risk faclors and factor analysis of the whole body, the review describe tile diagnostic program of the diseases and provide suggestion about the individually therapy and prevention.
