摘要
对QDFM-125型超声波封尾机的变幅杆进行研究,发现了其设计缺陷。改进了原有变幅杆的结构,并与原变幅杆进行封口比较。结果表明,改进后的变幅杆传递超声,能量损失减少,工作效率提高。
Design defects of the old amplitude transformer structure of QDFM 125 ultrasonic tail seal- ing machine was found through research. The structure of amplitude transformer was improved, and com pared with the old one through tail sealing test. The results showed that energy loss was reduced during process of transmission, and the work efficiency was improved.
