摘要
简要介绍了组合秤包装生产线的组成,为了提高该生产线的工作可靠性和智能化程度,设计了一个小型分布式监控系统。整个软件系统主要包括通信软件、监控软件和诊断软件3部分,简要介绍了这3部分的设计过程。此软件系统基本能满足使用要求,在实际的生产应用中具有一定的推广价值。
The structure of the combination balance package production line was introduced. A mini- type distributed monitoring and control system was designed to improve reliability and intelligent degree of the production line. The design process of the software system was introduced, of which were three parts, including communication, monitor, and diagnose. It was proved that the software system can meet the ap- plication requirements and has practical and popularizing value.
