摘要
根据分件供送螺杆的运动特点,提出了一种四段组合式变螺距螺旋线的形式,并给出了其数学模型。四段组合式变螺距螺旋线使加速度曲线的始末端均为零值,加速度无突变,可减少供送件与输送链带的摩擦力,使供送件与输送链带平稳衔接。为合理设计变螺距螺旋线提供了理论依据。
According to the characteristic of the carrying screw,four-segments variable pitch helix is putted forward, and its mathematical model is given. Initial and terminal acceleration of the 4-segment var- iable pitch helix is zero, and nonexistence mutational, the friction force between the part and the chain belt is reduced, and the smooth syntax is ensured. A theoretical basis is provided for the future design on the variable pitch helix.
