摘要
针对瓷砖包装线部分环节手动作业情况,设计开发一种自动翻砖机构,通过企业长约1年的使用表明,该机构能够有效减少包装作业人员数量,提高整体包装效率,符合企业实际生产需要。
Considering some work is still done by hands in ceramic tile packaging line, a machine was developed to turn tile instead of man; it worked well for about one year in a factory in foshan City. It was showed that the machine can effectively reduce the number of personnel and improve efficiency of packa- ging; it also proved that this mechanism can meet the actual production needs.
