摘要
介绍了行为建模技术的特点,探讨了行为建模技术所具有的各种分析方法。针对灌装容器设计中存在的问题,通过Pro/E软件行为建模模块在塑料瓶设计中的应用,分析了模型的容积变化对设计变量的敏感度;对在定容积下设计变量的选取进行了可行性的实践;对在定容积下如何确定设计变量时材料用量最少,进行了最优化分析;介绍了在多目标设计时多个设计变量的选取方法,并得到了最佳解决方案。
The characteristics of behavior modeling technology were introduced. A variety of analytical methods of behavior modeling technology were discussed. The sensitivity of the volume change of model to design variables was analyzed with the behavior modeling part of Pro/E software in container design. The se- lection of design variables was practiced in the constant volume conditions. The methods to select the design variables that can minimize the mass of container material in constant volume conditions were analyzed, and the selection methods of a number of design variables in multi-objective conditions were introduced.
