关于规划师的执业资格及考试问题──美国的经验及对中国的借鉴作用

结合美国的情况，特别是美国注册规划师协会的经验，分析了执业制度的基本特点，探讨了规划师注册制度、注册规划师的职责、考试制度、规划教育等问题，并对中国即将进行的工作提出了建议。

Abstract The Chinese government has decided to establish a planner certification system as part of the planning reform in China,and it is looking for experience in other countries.The article discusses the main functions of a certification system including certification of its members,ethnical performance of members,accreditation in planning education and continuing education base on AICP,s practice in the US.The author also gives comments on the American experience and suggestions to Chinese planners.
