非临床专业医学本科生临床课集中见习的初步评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的更好地利用临床见习资源,加强医学生临床能力培养,提高临床课效果。方法2006级非临床专业本科学生161人,1-10周集中大课讲授,11-18周集中见习,19-20周期末考试。集中见习内容包括临床观摩和病例见习等。结果大多数学生和任教教师对集中见习予以肯定评价,认为集中见习有利于充分利用临床见习资源,丰富学生对临床医学的认识,以及早期培养人文素质和临床能力,但见习前的集中大课讲授等需要改进。结论集中见习是一种可以试行的临床课教学方式。 Objective to utilize clinical resources more adequately, to strengthen training of clinical competence of students, and to improve effect of clinical teaching. Methods Subjects were 161 students from 2006 non-clinical medical speciality. They received clinical training including centralized teaching in large class from first to lOth week, centralized noviceship from llth to 18th week and final exam from 19th to 20th week. The contents of centralized noviceship were clinical observation and case study. Results Most students and instructors gave positive evaluation to centralized noviceship. They thought centralized noviceship could help utilize clinical resources more efficiently, enrich students' understanding of clinical medicine, and develop their humanistic quality and clinical competence early; but centralized lectures in large class before centralized noviceship should be improved. Conclusion Centralized noviceship is a clinical teaching method that can be tried.
