区域创新体系的交互强度及其边界

The Interactive Strength and Bounds of Regional Innovation System

提出了交互强度的概念,指出它是区域内各个节点之间相互交流、合作、竞争和学习的紧密程度,并主张用交互强度来界定区域创新体系的边界。区域作为一个创新体系,其内部最主要的因素是行为主体之间的互动关系以及由此形成的网络结构,而交互强度的测定量化了这种互动关系,从而为明确界定区域创新体系的边界奠定了基础。

This paper first puts forward the concept of ＂Interactive Strength＂, which denotes the closeness degree of communication, cooperation, competition and learning. Furthermore, this paper to use the interactive strength to define the hounds of the regional innovation system. As an innovational system, the most important factor of a region is the interactive relationship among individuals and the network, thus the measurement of interactive strength quantify such relationship, which lays a solid foundation for the definition of the hounds of regional innovation system.
