临床护理教师对教师评价内容认知状况的调查研究

摘要 [目的]了解临床护理教师对教师评价内容的认知情况。[方法]选取本学院91名临床护理教师,运用有效教学行为评价量表(NCTEI量表)进行教师认知情况现状调查。[结果]临床护理教师认为临床护理工作能力最重要(4.58分±0.56分),而师生关系最不重要(4.38分±0.65分)。而国外研究结果为教师对师生关系的重要性认知度最高,对个性特征的认知度最低。教师对评价项目认知情况与年龄、学历、护龄呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]临床护理教师对教师评价的内容、项目有一定的认知度,认为临床工作能力对于评价临床护理教师最重要。
