摘要
《编制建筑施工脚手架安全技术标准的统一规定》（修订稿）在脚手架的设计计算方面取得了重要成果。《附着式升降脚手架设计和使用管理暂行规定》是针对各类脚手架设计和使用的安全保证性方面所存在的许多问题而制定的，已成为主管部门加强管理工作的依据。
The Unified Code of Building Construction Scaffold and Its Security Technology Standard(Revised Draft)has been achieved of great results in the design and calculation of scaffold.Furthermore,the Temporary Regulations of Design and Management of the Supplementary Lift Scaffold has been compiled to solve the various problems in design and application of the various scaffolds and their security technology.Besides,it has been proved as an essential basis for the promotion of management in building construction.
